Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

Your Privacy is Guaranteed

We at Class One Computer Systems Limited know that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly.

 

Contact Information

During any verbal or on-line interaction, customers may be required to give their contact information (such as name, email address, mailing address and phone number). On some occasions, we may also collect demographic information (such as job title and purchasing responsibilities). For internal purposes, we use this information to communicate with customers and provide requested services.

 

For our services that require on-line payment (such as certain events, products and subscriptions), we also collect credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date), which is used for billing purposes only, and is not otherwise shared.

 

With the exception of the above, we do not share any information collected with any other third-party organisation, company or persons.

 

Email Newsletters

If users wish to subscribe to our email newsletters, we ask for contact information (such as name, and email address). We use this information in the same manner as we use contact information in the purchasing process described above. Recipients of our newsletters can unsubscribe using the instructions listed at the end of the email newsletter.

 

Confidentiality of Information

Any information about your business, customers, products or any other privileged items you disclose to us during any interaction between us will be treated with absolute confidentiality. We do not pass any such information to anyone outside of the staff immediately involved. For support calls. any such information given to us in cofidence is destroyed after the support issue is resolved.
